All right a friend of mine asked a very important question... HP is all over now... so now what the heck do I do with my time?
What will you do now that HP is officially over?

Good question! Me personally, I will most likely end up re-reading everything and re-watching the movies once all of them are out. I refuse to start re-watching them now because I will want to see the last one again and it's not on DVD yet so... I will start with re-reading the books. Well it's either that or look for a new series to wrap myself in.

Why am I not surprised you'd wait to re-watch the movies, LoL! You could always re-watch them up through Half-Blood Prince because with the lack of free time you have by the time you get there Deathly Hallows part 2 will probably be out on DVD! XD But I agree this just means time to re-read and re-watch for me! I don't think there are really any OMG I MUST READ OR WATCH THIS sort of series out right now.

Curse you and your making sense! I will probably take your advice, as loath as I am to do it, but alas!

I will probably re-read the books at least. I've been onto some other books/series. Anyone read The Hunger Games? Just finished that, and now onto Jane Austen... quite a change!

Since when does the end of a book or movie key the end of an era? I mean we grew up on HP books and movies. It's not so much just about those anymore. It's pretty much become a memory. Like finishing with your grandparents. And you know, that totally makes me sound nerdy. But you know what? It's true. Harry Potter isn't done, and it probably won't be for decades until we the generations that grew up on it are long in the ground. So, for now it'll live and continue on in fanfiction, imaginations, memories and forums like this! /end nerdiness.

You have got a point there Dimitri. I don't know about all of you but I don't think I will really be done with HP for quite sometime whether it is just re-reading the books or watching the movies again or hoping that J.K. will add more to the universe in some way. I'm sure we will all have a good time for a number of years thanks to HP.
An now back ta tha really bad accent!

So what has everyone been doing since the end of the series? I know I've been busy busy busy and haven't had as much time to miss it as I thought I would have. How about everyone else?

I know she won't admit it but Ser has taken to spending her time running around Hogwarts and hexing everything in sight in Lego Harry Potter, both games! XD

Really late, but I read Hunger Games Lily! Definitely recommend! And I am super duper sad because along with HP being over, I just finished Inheritance. Also recommend if you haven't read that. I also like the Thirst series by Christopher Pike, Sea of Trolls by Nancy Farmer and Knight and Rogue by Hiliri Bell. I am also reading these zombie books (Hallowland) by Amanda Hocking. She has some other good stuff too, about trolls and vampires separately. I love to read, so I am totally keeping busy while I wait for the HP books to come out on the Nook.
(I love series. lol)
