Attention all members of Hogwarts!
Now many of you are off to an amazing start and some of you have been with us for sometime now, but it seems that we will have to set some ground rules as far as posting goes, or rather update them. Please note that we are a role play site! We are not doing this to be mean, we’re doing this to keep the flow of the site going.
We as the site staff have noticed a jump in one-liners, small posts and very little detail. This cannot continue. From this point on it will need to be as follows.
Staff members (both site and school: ie: Head of House, Professor, Prefect, etc.) Your posts must be no shorter then 20 lines! That is roughly three paragraphs. Based on the applications you all submitted this should not be hard to do.
If you continue to post this way you will run the risk of losing your positions until your role-plays improve!
Regular members: Your posts must be no shorter then 12-15 lines, this is two full paragraphs to two and a half. Many of you have written far longer for just your bios, we know you can do it! ^.^
If you are having trouble with meeting these goals then please contact one of us so that we can get together with you and help your with our posts. You’re all important members of our site and we don’t want anyone to feel left out.
Unless it is cleared with a member of site staff (of set up by one of us) if you are in any of the boards in Hogwarts School, Shopping, Ministry of Magic, Wizarding Britian, and Family Homes or Wizarding World this rule applies! These are the Role-playing boards and should be used as such! You can still have SPAM threads in your common rooms but please remember they are for role-playing first and foremost.
