Well this was just bloody great. Murphy mused to himself as he shuffled across the grounds. He wasn’t quite sure how he was expecting the job to go down, but this wasn’t quite what he had in mind for it. According to his boss it was supposed to be a simple in and out and the wizard he was going after wasn’t even supposed to have any bodyguards but sure enough when Murphy went him he found himself on the rather nerve wracking end of three curses being shot at him at the same time. He unloaded his gun quickly into the room and he was more than sure he’d managed to hit his target but he didn’t have time to check as he was hauling ass out of there.
As he was getting ready to rush off one of the guards had come rushing out and flung a curse at him managing to hit him in the side, hence the wonderful bit of bleeding that he was currently doing as he tried to quickly make his way back to the castle before someone spotted him, after that botched job that was really the last thing he needed right now. He could hear someone coming so doing the first thing that came to mind he launched himself behind the closest bush and ended up curling in on himself as he landed hissing in pain as he did so.
All right so jumping behind a bush, not the best idea. He bit his lower lip in an attempt to keep the noise he was sure he was making to a minimum in hopes that whoever it was that was coming hadn’t heard him.
"Why do I get tha feelin' tha' this will bloody suck?" He mumbled to himself.

Andrea had no idea why she was headed outside everything inside of her told her to remain in the comfort of the castle, that would have been the sensible thing to do, but Andrea was kind of sick of doing the sensible thing. Lately she had been straight laced it was pretty much her new nickname around the common room and she was kind of getting sick of it now. Andrea wasn't some sort of prude or anything she just liked things done in an orderly way and she didn't often deviate from her usual plans, but this apparently wasn't what one should do. So after about ten minutes of her roommates teasing her asking her if she was going to do anything interesting today Andrea got annoyed and simply walked out. The common room was no better as a chant of boring started up.
So she simply got annoyed and decided that she was going to head anywhere else. Wandering the halls soon lost its appeal and the Great Hall was full of other Gryffindors waiting to make fun of her so she didn't bother to go in there. Andrea just wanted a little refuge and she figured that maybe she would find it outside. She didn't mind being outside since the grounds of Hogwarts were so beautiful a sight to behold to be honest.
Andrea headed out the front doors and started to walk not really having a destination in mind she simply allowed her feet to lead the way and somehow they led the way toward the lake. It was the one spot Andrea loved above all else so it was no wonder her feet would lead her there. All she could do now was hope to find herself alone it seemed like she might be at first, but then she heard something like bushes moving and she turned around quickly. She could see the bushes moving after the sound was heard and she started to shake a little though she was not sure why.
Staring intently at the bush she cocked her head to the side wondering if she was imagining things unable to help herself though she said "Um is anyone there?". Part of her was sort of hoping no one would answer but then again who knew what would happen Hogwarts was one of those places where things were never normal for long.

Murphy’s eyes widened slightly at the sound of someone calling out, he recognized the voice, why did he recognize the voice? He wracked his brain for a long moment trying to figure out where he knew the voice from and finally after a long moment realized it was a voice he’d heard in the common room before. He practically smacked himself in the forehead in annoyance; of course he would be spotted by someone in his own house that was just his luck wasn’t it? Thinking quickly he tried to figure out how he could play this off without getting busted to bad.
Reaching into his coat, he grabbed his cigarettes and quickly tapped own out before snapping and lighting it quickly. Exhaling, he tried his best to make his voice sound even and calm despite how much he really would just rather have screamed right that moment with the throbbing pain that was radiating in his side. “Nah, just us bushes.” He said with a shake of his head and a dry laugh trying to play it cool as best he could. The last thing he needed was for someone from his house to go chattering about what they had seen in the castle because that was one sure fire way the information would get back to his sisters and that was probably worse than a professor finding out.
He leaned himself back onto his left arm to take the pressure off of his right side as best he could but of course the slight movement caused a small hiss to escape from him, but he ignored it in favor of looking in the direction the voice had come from. Normally he would have gotten up and looked for himself but he was still trying to recover from throwing himself behind the bush in the first place, like he had said, not the smartest move on his part. He knew it was a girl that wasn’t his sister, the voice told him that much. She also sounded a bit younger than him, so there was that to, but it didn’t really narrow things down as much as he had hoped it would once remembered just how many girls were in his house. He was still trying to place a face from what little he could see through the bush, but had already decided to more or less just roll with it for the moment, not really seeing any other options.
“What’s a young thing doin’ so far from tha castle at this hour?” He asked cocking a brow, a small smirk pulling at his lips as he slowly took on his usual cocky demeanor when talking to girls. He didn’t know where it came from he blamed growing up with mostly girls.
